A delicious drink we tried one of our Friday nights. Feels like the love child of an amaretto sour and a Long Island Icetea.. We up the fruitiness of this one, with more Cointreau and more lime juice than the original recipe. Enjoy!

1 1/2 ounces light rum
1 ounce Cointreau (original recipe is 1/2 ounce)
1 ounce fresh lime juice (original recipe is 1/2 ounce)
1 egg white
1/2 ounce simple syrup
fresh mint sprig
shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass or over ice in an old-fashioned glass.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
