Amaretto Sour, Table 2

This cocktail was always going to make the list, along with its cousin and the original - whiskey sour. Probably Abby and Dimi’s favourite cocktail. Preferably served in Cobra with friends and not missing a maraschino cherry!

• 2 ounces amaretto

• 1 ounce fresh lemon juice

• Egg white

• maraschino cherry

1. shake the ingredients vigorously with ice

2. Strain into a chilled glass

3. Garnish with the cherry
