Watermelon, Table 4

This cocktail drew our attention as it makes us think of Greece and hot summers every time. Also a favourite of our nieces (the fruit, not the cocktail). The struggle is finding melon liquor - but once you’ve got it you can make plenty of these. Genuinely tastes like watermelon!

• 1 ounce vodka

• 1 ounce melon liquor

• 2 ounces cranberry juice

• dash of grenadine

1. Shake the ingredients vigorously with ice. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass.
