A bit controversial at first, as any good champagne should be drink in it's pure form. But when we saw the name of this cocktail, we knew we had to try it. First, it is a nod to the couples' time in France - either Abby's Erasmus or Dimitri's two years in Paris from 2017-2019. Second, French Kiss is also the name of the wine that was frequently drunk at the Brussels wine bar 13 degrees. It also combines some of the couples favourite things; champagne, ginger beer and raspberries!

2/3 ounce raspberry puree
1 ounce ginger beer
Dash apricot brandy
4 ounces of chilled champagne
2 fresh raspberries
pour all liquids except the champagne into a champagne flute and stir.
slowly top with champagne.
Garnish with the raspberries.
