Because not all cocktails have to be alcoholic. Some fun to those who don't drink, or are nursing a precious little life. Why the funky name of this mocktail? A nod to where Abby works (and where you can buy the first ingredient)!

ree

  • 3-4 tbsp IKEA Dryck Flader (elderflower cordial)

  • 1,5 lime

  • 2-3 dashes of angostura bitters (optional)

  • A rosemary sprig

  • 14 cl soda water (could be substituted by tonic water)

  1. Pour the elderflower cordial into a tumbler.

  2. Squeeze in the juice of one lime and slice the remaining half, reserving it for later.

  3. If using bitters add a few dashes.

  4. Clap the rosemary sprig a few times between your hands to release its aroma and then use it to stir the liquids in the glass until combined. Leave the sprig in the glass it will add a subtle flavour but mainly a strong aromatic scent when you take a sip.

  5. Add ice cubes to a tall glass and pour over the soda water

  6. Give the drink one last stir and enjoy.
