Who doesn't like bananas? The real questions is, how do you like your banana? Some people like it green, others like it ripe. Whatever your preference is, we know you are going to love this dirty banana!

For the backbone of the drink, you’ll want to opt for an aged rum: It adds caramelly depth to the mix and plays off the fruitiness of the banana. You might also try a spiced rum to add some complexity to the creamy sweetness.

1. Add all ingredients into a blender with a small (6 ounce) scoop of ice and blend until smooth.

2. Pour into a Collins glass.

3. Garnish with a banana chunk.

• 2 ounces rum

• 1 ounce banana liqueur

• 1 ounce coffee liqueur

• 1 ounce heavy cream

• 1 ounce whole milk

• 1 banana, slightly overripe, cut into chunks
