Pina colada, Table 10

As well as lime, we love pineapple. We have high standards for out pina colada but we struck gold with one ingredient; Batida de Coco. Our pina colada was totally elevated by the addition of this instead of coconut milk.

• 120ml pineapple juice

• 60ml white rum

• 60ml coconut cream

1. Pulse all the ingredients along with a handful of ice in a blender until smooth. Definitely blend, rather than shake.

2. Pour into a tall glass and garnish as you like.
