Apple Martini - Table 1

This is a nod to Abby's West Country roots, and also why the West Country guests are sat at the apple-related cocktail.

  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka

  • 1/2 ounce green apple schnapps

  • 1 ounce apple puree (or apple juice)

  • 1/4 ounce fresh lemon juice


  1. Shake the liquid ingredients vigorously with ice.

  2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

  3. Garnish with apple slices.
