Atlantic Breeze, Table 12

We love pineapple (hence pina colada) so we love this fresh fruity cocktail, with a vanilla twist. Atlantic breeze also caught our eye as a nod to our US friends and where Dimitris currently works, Pfizer.

1 1/2 ounces light rum

1/3 ounce apricot liqueur

2 1/2 ounces of pineapple juice

1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice

1/4 ounce Galliano

Pour all the liquid ingredients except the Galliano into an icefilled highball glass. Stir briefly. Float the Galliano on top of the drink. Garnish with a slice of Orange.
